For owner Jenna Carter, Bossi is deeply personal. Growing up in a large Italian family, her earliest memories are of standing beside her Nonna in the kitchen — watching flour fall across the bench, tasting sauces simmering slowly on the stove, and listening to stories passed down through generations. Food was never just a meal. It was love, tradition and family.



Bossi was created to share that feeling.


Alongside the flagship restaurant and bar sits Deli di Bossi, an authentic Italian deli offering traditional ingredients and delicacies reminiscent of a neighbourhood market in Italy.


Executive Chef Shaun Dowling leads the kitchen, bringing together classic Italian techniques with New Zealand’s exceptional local produce. Each dish honours tradition while celebrating the freshness of Aotearoa.


The space blends timeless Italian elegance with modern luxury — marble, mosaic and warm wood creating a space that feels both refined and inviting.
